Corrective Exercise Routines

Following the Postural Alignment Evaluation the client will be walked through their Customized Corrective Exercise Program.

The program consists of a strategically ordered set of stretches, positional movements, isometric holds and small contractions as well as functional movements to help align the body and maintain symmetry and stability in a loaded position.

  • Each program takes the client no more than 15minutes to complete.

  • The program can be done in the comforts of your home using household items
